Property manager access

Authorize an email, choose which properties it can access, and revoke access whenever you need to. Newly authorized emails receive one branded portal invitation automatically.

One acceptance per manager.

The manager accepts the current Terms once for their portal account. You can add or remove Client accounts, properties, and service dates later without sending another form.

Select one or more Jobber clients to add or renew for this email. Each selected client includes all current and future properties. Existing access for this email stays in place until you revoke it.

The first time an email is authorized, Clean Defense Force automatically queues one branded portal invitation. The invitation contains no login code. The manager requests a separate single-use code from the sign-in page when they are ready.

Branded portal emails come from records@cleandefenseforce.com. Access expires after 12 months unless renewed, and revoking an email blocks its next portal request immediately.

Exact property and service-date authorization

Send an existing authorized property manager a separate request for one property, one service date, and the exterior areas you plan to record.

Accepted scope does not turn on the camera.

The representative must accept this exact Recording Scope first. You must still complete the onsite field preflight, stop around nonconsenting people, and use a capture method that passes the zero-audio technical inspection.
